Track Amazon package in UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on Amazon. com, Amazon. co. uk, Amazon. ca, etc. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Amazon Logistics Package Tracking
Since, Amazon does not allow tracking Amazon Logistics deliveries with regular tracking numbers, you need to use original tracking link you received from Amazon in a shipping confirmation email.
- Open shipping confirmation email from Amazon. Click on 'Track your package' link in the email. Wait until web page loads. Copy that page link to clipboard Paste the link you copied into search field above or add it to Parcels app.
Amazon tracking order without login
Amazon order tracking is possible with logging in. All you need to do is copy tracking page link and add it to Parcels mobile app, or paste link on ParcelsApp. com
Amazon track parcel
To track your Amazon delivery go to Your Orders page on Amazon. Click "Track Package" button, you'll be taken to tracking page, where you can find courier tracking number if shipped by DHL, USPS, UPS, Intelcom, China Post, etc.
If delivery is by AMZL_US, Amazon, Amazon Logistics then the only way to track is to copy that page link and paste it on ParcelsApp. com or refer to Amazon Your Orders page everytime you need to know where your order is.
Amazon Tracking ID TBA
This is the Amazon special delivery for same day-2 day delivery and is used in larger cities. Tracking numbers starting with TBA should show a carrier as AMZN_US, Amazon or Amazon Logistics, and there’s absolutely nowhere to track the package since it’s done by courier from local warehouses and not common carriers.
The only way to track such deliveries is by going to Your Orders section of Amazon or by copying tracking link after clicking "Track Package" button in Your Orders and pasting in on ParcelsApp. com
Amazon US Tracking
Amazon. com has begun contracting deliveries through a variety of regional carriers. Some national carriers use regional carriers to deliver your package. When this happens, your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier website.
Some exceptionally large or heavy items may be shipped by a specialty carrier such as CEVA, ABF, Pilot, or XPO. Parcel Pool is used for standard deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, and OnTrac is used for same-day deliveries to Seattle.
Most popular carriers used by Amazon to deliver packages are UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, ECMS EXPRESS, Landmark Global, LaserShip, Amazon Logistics (AMZL_US)
Amazon UK Track Order
If Amazon. co. uk provided you with a tracking number for Your Order, the carrier may have more information than the Amazon. co. uk website. Track your Amazon. co. uk packages with ParcelsApp. com to get up-to-date information about your order.
Amazon Canada Tracking Order
After an order has shipped, many packages can be tracked on Amazon. ca. You can find tracking information in your order details.
If tracking is available, you can track your package via the Your Orders page or by copying and pasting package tracking number on this page into search field above. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Tracking Amazon Logistics France
Follow the procedure describe above in Amazon Logistics Package Tracking section to track your Amazon Logistics France delivery.
Amazon India Tracking or Amazon Transportation Services tracking
Amazon India uses several courier partners, such as Shipped by Amazon, this is Amazon Transportation Services delivery and Amazon will share the delivery agent's contact information on the day of delivery.
Amazon Transportation Services
Amazon now has an internal transportation division called Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). Amazon has purchased a large number of tractor-trailers in addition to cargo airplanes which will transport 100% Amazon cargo.
ATS will accelerate last mile delivery services and assist in rapid deliveries. Currently, Amazon works in sync with many courier companies such as DHL, Blue Dart, Gati and even Indian Post to deliver across nearly 19000 pin codes in India. Interestingly, Amazon is late in setting up its own logistics company as Flipkart delivers via eKart and Snapdeal acquired Gojavas recently.
Despite the presence of many third party delivery service start ups, most well established e-tailers prefer to set up their own delivery companies for accelerating their delivery services and reducing dependence on third party service providers who could be delivering goods of competitors too. Another major reason being, botched up last mile delivery services could hamper their reputation and imply losing out in the race to lead the ecommerce segment.
Amazon track order by order number
Unfortunately, it's not possible to track Amazon order using only order number. If order was shipped by ordinary courier service like USPS, FedEx or UPS you can copy tracking number from Amazon Order page and track package using respective courier website or on ParcelsApp. com.
If the order was fulfilled by Amazon, from an Amazon Warehouse, then you should be able to track the progress from the “My Orders” page on the website or you can copy order tracking page link and track order on ParcelsApp. com
Amazon Shipping & Delivery Time
You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Orders after you've placed your order.
Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless Amazon specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
Amazon item ordered, but it hasn’t shipped yet
Don’t panic. Amazon will not charge your credit card until the order has been confirmed. Until that point, you can still cancel the order by going to Accounts and Lists > Your Account > Your Orders and selecting Cancel Order.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to Amazon as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Amazon, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges).
Reasons for Undeliverable Packages:
- Item is too big for a P. O. Box. Some items are too big to ship to a P. O. Box and must be shipped to a street address. Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format Amazon system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P. O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U. S. Postal Service. Secure Location. Your package may be returned to Amazon if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery, where the package is safe from weather and is not visible to passersby. Damaged During Transit. If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to us without attempting delivery. Unable to Access. Your package may be returned to Amazon if the carrier can't access the delivery location due to no access code, call box number, or buzzer information, and can't obtain the information after multiple attempts. Refused by Recipient. If a recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of Amazon's carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. After three attempts, the package will be returned to Amazon.
Amazon package lost?
Have you ever waited for an Amazon delivery that never showed up? Your package may have been “lost in transit.”, or as message in Amazon Orders section says: "Sorry, your package was lost in transit. Please contact Amazon for the next steps", or “Lost by carrier – undeliverable”.
Before contacting Amazon support make sure to track your Amazon package with our postal tracker, that has integration with over 400+ courier services and may find some new information about your missing package.
Amazon package delivered but not received
Does your Amazon order page say my package was directly handed off and delivered but you’ve received nothing? If you are in the same situation then don’t panic because Amazon will refund your all money in case your order will not deliver to your doorstep.
Check courier company that delivers the package, if it’s AMZL (Amazon Logistics) then it could mean a few things:
- The driver is still on his way The driver accidentally hit that option and the device they have to use doesn’t allow a driver to go back and change it. The package was misdelivered.
If you do not see your package but the end of the day, usually about 8 pm or so, then call the delivery company and see if they can help you from there.
Finding a missing package that shows as delivered
What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.
- First, check your neighbor or someone else accepted an order at your address. Do you have Amazon Locker? Look in your letterbox; some deliveries use multiple carriers, including the regular postal service. Check around your delivery location, Package may be available at your nearest safe place like a garage or porch. You might also find the notification of attempted delivery in your letterbox. If attempted delivery notification is available then follow the instructions to arrange collection of the package or you can also request for redelivery. Sometimes delivery driver not able to find your address because you entered a wrong address. So must check the shipping address was correct on your order.
If you are not in rush then wait for the next 36 to 48 hours. Sometimes package tracking shows as delivered while still in transit.
Amazon tracking information not updating or Amazon shipping not updating tracking?
If Amazon tracking information is not available this may be due to the timing of tracking-database updates by the carrier, the sophistication of a particular carrier's tracking system, or the lack of full integration into Amazon's tracking systems.
If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.
Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first package scan may not be until delivery. Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable. Marketplace sellers sometimes do not provide Amazon with tracking information for their orders.

Two-Step Verification
Your account security is very important to us. Two-step verification helps us take extra measures to protect your account information. When you try to access Your Account page in KDP, we'll ask you to enter a random code that we send you. This code is called a one-time password (OTP), and it's different than your account password. You can receive the OTP via text message, voice call, or authenticator app. It expires after 10 minutes. After that, you'll need to request a new OTP.
Note: The first time you complete two-step verification, we recommend that you choose to get the OTP via text message. If you choose voice call, you won't see the option for text messages next time. Learn how to change from calls to texts.
Can I skip two-step verification?
No. Two-step verification adds a layer of security to your KDP account. To protect your account information, you have to enter an OTP before you can access Your Account page in KDP.
Is two-step verification required every time I sign in?
Two-step verification is not required to sign in to KDP. It's only required when you access Your Account page in KDP. If you're prompted to enter an OTP when you sign in, it's likely because you've enabled two-step verification for your Amazon customer account.
To disable two-step verification for sign-ins:
Go to your Amazon customer account on Amazon. com Under Account & Lists, click Your Account Choose Login & Security Click Edit next to Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings If two-step verification is enabled, click Disable Complete two-step verification by receiving an OTP Enter the OTP you received Confirm that you want to Disable two-step verification Don't choose the option to clear your settings unless you plan to add a new phone number or authenticator app
Important: Even if you disable two-step verification for sign-ins, you'll still need to complete two-step verification when you access Your Account page in KDP.
What phone number is used for two-step verification?
If you choose to get the OTP via text message or voice call, we'll use the phone number from the Amazon customer account you used to set up your KDP account. This may be different than the phone number you added to your KDP account. If you haven't added a phone number to your Amazon customer account, you'll be prompted to provide one.
How do I verify or update my phone number?
During two-step verification, we'll show the last 3 digits of your phone number. To see the full phone number or change it:
Go to your Amazon customer account on Amazon. com Under Account & Lists, click Your Account Choose Login & Security Click Edit next to Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings In the Enrolled 2SV Authenticators section, you can:
- Check which phone number or numbers are used for two-step verification Update a phone number by clicking Change Remove a phone number by clicking Remove Add a phone number by clicking Add new phone or Authenticator App. You can add up to 2 phone numbers. Learn how to add an authenticator app.
Important: The Get Started button on the Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings page lets you enable two-step verification for your Amazon customer account. You don't need to enable this if you just want to update your phone number.
What if I can't access the phone number?
If you can't access or don't recognize the phone number we're using for two-step verification, follow the steps for account recovery.
What if I don't have a cell signal or can't get calls or texts?
If you can't receive the OTP via text message or voice call, download an authenticator app on your smartphone or mobile device (tablet, iPad). You can use the authenticator app to generate an OTP. Enter the OTP on the two-step verification page, the same way you would if you received it via text message or voice call.
What's an authenticator app and why should I use one?
An authenticator app is a software application that generates an OTP, which you can use for two-step verification. An authenticator app is a good option if you don't want to provide your phone number or aren't able to get the OTP via text or call. You don't need a cell signal to use an authenticator app.
You can download authenticator apps from the app store on your smartphone or mobile device (tablet, iPad). On desktop computers, you can download an authenticator as a browser extension (add-on).
There are many third-party authenticator apps. You can use any app you want. These apps don't have access to your Amazon account information.
How do I add an authenticator app?
To use an authenticator app for two-step verification, follow these steps:
Search for an authenticator app:
- Smartphones or mobile devices. Go to the app store and search for "authenticator app". Search results will show third-party apps such as Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator. You can use any app you want. Desktop computers. Use a search engine to find an authenticator extension (add-on) that works with your browser. For example, if you use Firefox, search for "Firefox authenticator".
Download the authenticator app or extension of your choice Go to your Amazon customer account on Amazon. com Under Account & Lists, click Your Account Choose Login & Security Click Edit next to Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings In the Enrolled 2SV Authenticators section, click Add new phone or Authenticator App Choose Authenticator App and follow the instructions that appear
Important: The Get Started button on the Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings page lets you enable two-step verification for your Amazon customer account. You don't need to enable this if you just want to update your phone number.
What if I don't receive an OTP?
If you don't receive an OTP, try these steps:
- Make sure you have a good cell or WiFi signal Check that you've provided us with the correct phone number Click Didn't receive the OTP? and get a new OTP via a different phone number or method Ask your mobile service provider if there are restrictions that prevent you from receiving codes Try an authenticator app
What if I get an error that says the OTP isn't valid?
If you get an error message that says the OTP is not valid, try these steps:
- Check that the OTP you entered matches the OTP we sent you Try to enter the OTP again. If you're using an authenticator app, wait for the OTP to expire. When a new OTP generates, enter the new OTP. Click Didn't receive the OTP? and get a new OTP via a different phone number or method After you receive the OTP, make sure to enter it within 10 minutes If you receive multiple OTPs, make sure to enter the newest one
What if I get an error that says you can't call me?
If you get an error message that says we're unable to deliver the OTP over a phone call, it may be because you tried to complete two-step verification repeatedly. Please wait 10 minutes and try again. In some cases, you may need to wait 12 hours to try again. You can also try an authenticator app.
How do I change from calls to texts?
If you choose to get the OTP via voice call the first time you complete two-step verification, you won't see the option for text messages next time. To change from voice calls to text messages, follow these steps:
Go to your Amazon customer account on Amazon. com Under Account & Lists, click Your Account Choose Login & Security Click Edit next to Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings In the Enrolled 2SV Authenticators section, click Add new phone or Authenticator App Complete two-step verification by receiving an OTP via voice call Enter the OTP you received and the Add backup method page will open Choose Text message and enter your phone number. This can be the same number you used for voice calls, or a different number. Click Send OTP to get a code via text message Enter the OTP you received and click Verify OTP and continue
You should now be able to choose text messages or voice calls for two-step verification.

5 ways to save money on Amazon. com
Online shopping is one of the best innovations to have come from the internet. You can buy just about anything you want without leaving the house or dealing with crowds. Even better, you can have your purchase on your doorstep in just days or even the same day in some cases.
If you're hunting for security cameras, dash cams, gadget accessories, media converters and other tech and home items, the Komando Shop is a great place to start. However, there's a good bet you do quite a bit of shopping on Amazon, too. After all, it is the largest online store ever and carries just about everything.
As a savvy online shopper, you probably know that you can set alerts so you know when an item's price drops. However, there are some other fun little tricks you might not know about that can make your online shopping easier or save you money.
Here are five tips that any Amazon user can appreciate. We'll also throw in a bonus for Amazon Prime subscribers.
1. Availability Alerts
Knowing when a price drops on an item is good, but what if the item you want to buy isn't even in stock? You don't want to keep checking back to see when it's available. Who has the time?
Fortunately, if you look just next to the product's title you'll see a button that says, "Email me." Click that and Amazon will let you know when the item is back in stock. If you want to manage your alerts later, log in to your account and go to the Availability Alert area.
2. Text shipment alerts
The internet has made it possible to not just order something, but watch its entire progress from the warehouse to your door. Of course, that involves going on your computer and looking it up.
If you want regular updates sent to your phone, you can sign up for Shipment Updates via Text. Amazon will send you regular updates on your package. Don't worry, it's only active between 10 a. m. and 11 p. m. Eastern so it won't wake you up in the middle of the night.
3. Email subscriptions
Browsing online stores for products and seeing new and exciting things is fun. In fact, it's more fun than going to a regular store because you can stay on the couch in your PJs. Plus, you get to read hilarious reviews.
On the other hand, random browsing means you often miss new products or great deals. You'd have look at the right place exactly at the right time. Instead, have the deals you want to know about sent right to your inbox.
Go to Amazon's E-mail Subscriptions page and select categories you want to watch, like Amazon Video, Books, DVD, Deals and more. You'll get email alerts when new products are added, products become bestsellers or there are great new deals. If you end up getting too many emails, you can always unsubscribe from those you don't want.
4. Turn off personalized ads
You know those personalized ads that pop up on Amazon and then follow you around the rest of the internet showing you items you've already looked at? We've told you how to make those stop on Facebook and Google, and now we're going to tell you for Amazon.
Click this link and select "Do Not Personalize Ads from Amazon for this Internet Browser" and then click Submit. That's all there is to it, but now you'll only see generic ads instead of ones that look like someone is stalking you online.
Oh, by the way, while you're in your Amazon settings, make sure to check on your Public Profile. Amazon creates this for you automatically whenever you create an account. It's only supposed to show reviews and public Wish Lists, but double-check to make sure it isn't sharing something you don't want people to see.
5. Make extra money
When you're browsing Amazon, you might come across things you already have and don't really want anymore. Check just below the "Add to Cart" button on the product page and you might see a "Sell on Amazon" button.
This lets you list your item for sale and make some money back. You can then put that money toward the purchase of something else. Also, you can sign up for Amazon Flex, a program that lets you make money delivering Amazon packages.
Have old phones, tablets and other gear just sitting around? Amazon is one way to sell them but click here to learn more about trading in your goods for Amazon credit here.
Bonus: Share Amazon Prime shipping
If you have Amazon Prime then you know the joy of free two-day shipping. Why not share that joy with your friends and family? Giving is better than receiving, after all.
Go to the Manage Prime Membership page and scroll down to the "Share your Prime benefits" section. You can create an Amazon Household and share Prime benefits like two-day shipping, Amazon Video and more with another adult and up to four children.
