Head over to your Amazon Video Subscriptions page. You can find a link in the “Your Account” menu on Amazon.

Find the subscription you want to cancel in your list of video subscriptions and click the “Cancel Subscription” link.

Click the “Cancel Subscription” button on the popup message.
