We guarantee your satisfaction by including a FREE exchange on your first order, should something not fit entirely according to your liking pop us a mail and we'll exchange it with something else.
Exchanges need to be requested within 7 days from receiving your #sMs
Is there a fixed period allocated to the subscription?
There is no fixed subscription period, hence should you feel satisfied with your selection of garments for the season we offer two options.
1.We either pause your subscription for a couple of months ( To save you the trouble of going trough the subscription process again come next season )
2. We handle your cancellation.
Please note : Cancellations or 'account pauses' need to be requested 30 days before your next order date.

Please note as no two boxes contain the exact same content, since we custom compile and package each #sendMystyle box.
To allow this very personalised service to you, we require a processing as well as a currier time allocation.
Processing - your order will require 3 - 5 work days from placing your order, to select your unique collection and ensure quality control.
Currier & postage - delivery requires 3 - 6 work days depending on your region.
We do our utmost best to ensure each order is packaged speedily and send off to you in the least amount of time!
