Don't give Timeless skin care thru amazon. com your credit card number, they charge your card and don't ship the product, forget sending them emails, they don't answer, amazon won't interact, this is one of the companies that sell stuff on the amazon. com website, but doesn't come from amazon, this company claims they ship fragile products by regular mail, the problem is you don't receive the stuff since there is no tracking number, getting it off your credit card is a hassle since Timeless skin care claims the products was shipped usps w/out tracking number, it is your word against theirs.

There is another company, probably closely related as they have the same M. O. $4.99 for a 14 day trial.

Nothing I saw said I had to call within the 14 days to cancel my "membership" or that I would be charged $89.95. I disputed with my bank card and they sided with the scam *** merchant. This crap they sent me is worthless.

I called them to be sure I'm off their "membership" and they took me off. STEER CLEAR.

Forgot to say they didn't offer to take a return since I NEVER OPENED IT.. I received no email so I HAD NO WAY OR NUMBER TO CALL until I say it on bank statement and it just had a telephone number for information!!

This is a big scam.. they send a trial but you have less than 4 days before they charged you 90.00.

I must have missed the screen that says its a recurring charge. It was to be a trial package only..

I ordered a bottle of serum from timeless company and i didn`t get the product, even though they charged me the total cost of the product+delivery.

I kept sending complaint E-mails but never got an answer, never.

This complaint is false and underscores the need for greater supervision on this site. The customer left two reviews on Amazon (http://www. amazon. com/review/R3S5IB1J62F1JJ/ref=cm_aya_cmt? ie=UTF8&ASIN=B003MJ7Z0O#wasThisHelpful and http://www. amazon. com/review/RJI7FSZ7UCOZM/ref=cm_aya_cmt? ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0047AKVW6#wasThisHelpful) under the name 'sunny818'.

On this site we're accused on not sending the product and scamming the customer, yet the reviews on Amazon are complaining of how horrible the product is for their skin? Slight contradiction there. Looking at the customers other reviews, we see that they are all 1-star.

Additionally, Amazon requires of its sellers:

90% of contact response needs to be made in under 24 hours

>97% of packages need to be delivered on time, and

>98% of packages need to be sent with tracking info

Making all of the above claims in the complaint false. If this were our normal course of business, we would not be selling on Amazon for as long as we have.

If this were a legitimate claim, there are 3 ways to get your money back:

A to Z claim, return request, and a chargeback, none of which this customer utilized.

I'm finding more and more people who are using your Timeless products, love the products, and have not had a problem receiving the products on a timely basis after ordering from you. That said, you have way too many people sending you emails and/or calling you at 866-526-7058 and you don't respond at all.

That is what most people are complaining about. I wrote you an email about a week ago to ask you a very specific question about the product I ordered (and received) and you didn't reply. That is terrible. Meanwhile, a company like Paula's Choice that is adding products to their line that are similar to yours trumps your company with their fantastic customer service.

Their products are more expensive than your products, per ounce, but they are always responsive -- by phone or by email -- and always answer customer questions and take care of customer issues. If I call them after hours, they always get back to me on a timely basis the following business day.

Customer service is king.

No matter how good your products are, if you don't respond to customers on a timely basis, it will hurt your business. If you think some customers actually receive your products and then complain that they haven't received the product, then change to a shipping method (and charge for it) that allows for tracking so that you can prove that they received the shipment.
