The AKC Public Education Department is pleased to announce the Win an Amazon Gift Card for Your Classroom sweepstakes.

Who: This contest is open to all legal residents in the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and a teachers in a K-12 public, private or charter school.
What: To participate, the entrant must utilize a lesson plan from the AKC’s Educator Resources page found here: http://www. akc. org/public-education/educator-resources/ and email a photo (or photos) of entrant teaching students engaged in the lesson plan. In order for the photo to be eligible to win, it must be evident in the photo that the lesson plan being taught is from the AKC’s Educator Resources page. Email the photo to the AKC Public Education Department at publiced@akc. org.
When: The Sweepstakes begins on September 17, 2018 and ends on December 10, 2018, 11:59 pm, ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: Three (3) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. The grand prize winners agree that the grand prizes are to be used for classroom supplies or curriculum tools and not for personal use.

AKC Educator Resources provides lesson plans for grades K-12 in the subjects of math, science, social studies and language arts. These lessons are appropriately rigorous and aligned to national curriculum standards. Professional development articles and hands-on learning activities for younger children are also provided.

The win photos, along will all signed release forms, must be emailed to the AKC Public Education Department, at publiced@akc. org, no later than four (4) weeks after the grand prize has been delivered.
